Oana Coşug (born 1979, in Galați, Romania) lives and works in Brussels, Belgium. She studied painting at the University of Fine Arts in Bucharest and in 2009 obtained a Master's degree in Theory and Practice of Art at Academy Royale of Beaux Arts, Brussels. She has had numerous group exhibitions in Brussels (Art’Contest, Galerie B from Centrale for Contemporary Art, Croxhapox in Ghent, Art Brussels) and Bucharest (Anca Poterasu Gallery, MNAC). She take part of Virus Diary Project from White Cube in collaboration with artist Dan Perjovschi. In 2023 she expose in Paris with Anca Poterasu Gallery at NoNamecreativeProjects curated by Patricia Marshall.

She has been present in different artistic residences: Les Alisiers (Sion, Switzerland, at the invitation of Olivier von Schulthness Collection), Destelheide in Belgium, Colonia 21 (Tescani, Romania), Mie Lefever in Ghent in Belgium.
In 2012 she received the first prize at the International Biennial of Contemporary Drawing in Namur, Belgium. In 2021 she was selected to participate in the exhibition for the Drawing Prize in Ronse.
In 2022 she receive Gustav Camus Prize from the Royal Academy in Belgium.
