About the artist

"Dreams may lie, but dream, for when you wake, you die" (W.H. Auden - B. Britten in opera's work "The rake's progress").

The closest way to define my practice : polymedia nomad.
In Polymedia Nomad the word 'nomad' crops up in H. Wismann's usage of Luftmensch (with one's head in the clouds).

Parched, one 'rounds up clouds' in the desert for rainwater - in what is by necessity a life apart, given that survival is at stake. In the dreariness of any given environment, the slightest harshness transforms itself into a 'subject' of attention lest those in the profession of observing set their sights on an outcome. Even were the object in their view little more than a mirage, it could well slake their thirst. My sturdy shoes allow me envisage a pathway that will exclude the exclusive.

"It's a nice photo; it's so empty." (Alice to Philip)
Alice in the Cities, Wim Wenders, 1973.
